Mr. Puri is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Spanco Group Ltd. He started Spanco in 1995 as a Telecom System Integrator and today diversified in various service segments and areas.

Mr. Puri looks after the day to day operations of the group and has a keen interest in business strategy. His vision helped the group foray into the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry way back in 2000. He was instrumental in setting up "Sparsh" and "Respondez",Spanco's domestic and International Contact center brands respectively. In 2005, "Sparsh was sold to the Blackstone" backed Intelenet, a deal which was the biggest in the domestic BPO space at that time.

Under his guidance, Spanco today has a focused "Government Transformation Services" vertical which works with various state governments and the central government assisting it to become more efficient by the use of information Technology.

A graduate in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University, Mr. Puri is a visionary in true sense and responsible for sculpting a unique business model for Spanco and contributing to the sustained growth over years.

Deepak Bhagchandaney is the Deputy Managing Director. In this role, Mr. Bhagchandaney is responsible for managing Spanco’s operations, new business development and additionally manage the Service provider Business. The role also includes responsibility for strategic planning, inter-agency coordination and policy development, business planning, strategy development and customer care.

Prior to joining Spanco, he worked with large organizations like Tata Telecom, Motorola and Alcatel. He has over 17 years of experience in the field of Networking and Telecommunications. He joined Spanco in 2001 as Director - Sales and Marketing and soon after he was promoted to Deputy Managing Director.

Mr. Bhagchandaney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with specialization in Electronics and telecommunications. He has a Masters degree in Marketing from Mumbai University.

Adarsh Bagaria is the Whole Time Director at Spanco Limited.

Mr. Bagaria joined Spanco in 2000 and has been sphere heading several projects across the group. He has been instrumental in the setting up of the BPO business. He has worked extensively across various functions to provide Administrative, Strategy and People support.

Adarsh has more than 17 years of work experience spanning in various sectors including High Technology, Steel and Telecom. He has a keen sense for finance and led a cost effective administrative and people operations across various group companies spanning more than 8000 people. His strong relationship management has led several partnerships and acquisitions across the globe. Adarsh was instrumental in Spanco’s acquisitions in UK and foray into Middle East.

Adarsh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Prakash Desai, Independent Director at Spanco Limited.

Mr. Prakash Desai is a Commerce graduate, and holds a Diploma in Marketing Management. He has 29 years of experience in selling and sales management, personnel training and development. He has worked with brands like Kores India & Modi Xerox. He has receieved many aclodes including the "Best Training Manager" at Modi Xerox. In his last assignment with GTL, Mr. Desai trained 6000 people across 30 leading organizations like BPL, ICICI, Cadbury, Technova Imaging to name a few.

Sanjay Kukreja, Non Executive Director at Spanco Limited.

Mr. Sanjay Kukreja has been nominated by Monet Limited (Chrys Capital Fund) as director on the Board of Spanco Limited. He is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and graduated with a BA from Delhi University.

Ketan Chokshi, Independent Director at Spanco Limited.

Mr. Ketan Chokshi is a Law graduate from Mumbai University and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India He has 15 years of experience in Financial Services, including Corporate Advisory, Mergers/Acquisitions, Valuations, Due Diligence, Resource Raising (Equity/Debt) for Corporate, Corporate Finance, Business Restructuring, etc.

Sunil Sarin, Independent Director at Spanco Limited.

Mr. Sunil Sarin is a Chartered Accountant. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting, auditing, taxation and finance. As a professional CA and Educationists, he has been associated and nominated to various Committees of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.

Mr. Sunil Sarin is a philanthropist and actively supports different charitable institutions for the betterment of the society.

V.K. Gupta, Independent Director at Spanco Limited.

Mr. V.K Gupta has a M.A in English Literature- from Punjab University and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAliB). He has rich and diverse exposure- spread over 37 years – in the area of Domestic, International, Merchant, and Investment Banking and also in Treasury Operations. Mr. Gupta’s last assignment was with SBI. He worked with SBI from 1972 till April 2010. He last held the position of Deputy Managing Director.

Subroto Chaudhury, Independent Director at Spanco Limited.

Mr. Subroto Chaudhury has a Bachelors of Engineering (Civil) from from Kolkata. He has also has a Masters in Business Administration from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar (XIMB); and Post Graduate Diploma in Infrastructure Engineering Management from Bangalore. He is an extremely capable, multifaceted professional with a track-record of exemplary performance. Currently he is the Managing Director of Futurist Infrastructure (P) Limited and Director with Surface Tech (India) Private Limited.
