The Model Included

Initiation and Planning
• Identified the Client Needs for Off shoring/Portfolio of Services that could be outsourced
• Understood the Infrastructure/Security/Legal/Intellectual Property requirements for the Offshore Engagement
• Signed the Non Disclosure Agreement and other relevant documents for Initiating Knowledge Transfer

Knowledge Transfer
• Access to all product documentation/business processes was provided to Spanco, by the client, via VPN access, and further providing responses to any resulting
queries on the above.
• In addition to the above, seed visits from both Spanco and client, were made for Knowledge Transfers

Resource Ramp Up
• Resources as required for the engagement, were ramped up as required
• Spanco provided high quality resources with Engineering background, working experience on Telecom Domain, Network Security
• The above was augmented with specific training on Cryptographic Tools, Encryption, Decryption Tools

Infrastructure Setup for the Engagement
• BS 7799 Security Policies were used for the Engagement
• A Secure VPN Tunnel between Spanco India and the Client was established
• A Secure and Enclosed Working Area was established for the engagement

Establishing Governance for the Engagement
• A Contract and Master Service Agreement was drafted, and finalized
• Engagement Governance Model was drafted and finalized
• Service Level Agreements for the Engagement were finalized

Continuous Reviews by Spanco and client for monitoring performance, service Levels and Improvements (Delivery Level)

Account Management Reviews (Engagement Level)

Logistics
• All Offshore Logistics for the engagement such as travel by both client and Spanco, hotel arrangements, visas etc, would be managed by Spanco
