On 27th November 2009, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was entered into between Falcon Eye and Spanco Limited for the proposed project of Airport Authority of India for Supply, implementation and execution at 22 airports. Subsequently Falcon Eye was awarded the contract for “Supply of SITC of surveillance CCTV at 22 Airports in India” on 14th June 2010. The project is under execution by Spanco which aims to deliver secured and robust Technology Infrastructure for 22 Airports as mentioned in tender. In the process of execution of this project, Spanco has partnered with key vendors including Videonetics and Infinova. Videonetics will provide video analytics software products to enable highly sophisticated and intelligent video surveillance. On the other hand, Infinova will provide cameras for secured surveillance system.

The Project involves supply, installation, management and maintenance of security system in the airport. The contract also involves training users with the advanced technology implemented in the Airport. Some of the Airports which will benefit from the Spanco’s security & surveillance solutions are Ahmedabad, Varanasi, Juhu (Mumbai), Vizag, Mangalore, Tricy, Madurai, Agra, Ludhiana and Barapani amongst 12 others.
