One of the Navratna PSU's, it has over 6 Million wireline, wireless and data communication subscribers. MTNL had asked for a turnkey solution to deploy DSL based BB and IT Systems. Spanco too participated as an SI and the bid was won by Huawei with SPANCO as the SI for delivering the data centre.
