interfacing with carrier Network of AT&T Wireless

Centrally Managed from Mumbai for all the locations

locations like by virtue of manpower based out of

A unified Contact Center for MTNL
- Implementation
of unified call center for MTNL Mumbai spread over
3 locations to cater to various applications including
work order generation.
- Prime
objective was to serve as a one stop window for all
the wireline queries on 1500 toll free number
- The
scope of work involved extensive amount of application
development & integration of various subsystems
to form a unified application.
- The
three discrete call centers had to be networked across
3 locations in Bombay for seamless transfer of calls
in case of spill over and/or disaster recovery.
- The
seamless transfer of calls over the network was coupled
with seamless CTI and IVR integration for the screen
pop up application on the agents PC over the network.
- One
of the few deployments of Networked ACD on Nortel
Platform.
- Deployment
of Branded CRM application like Talisma was a part
of the project.
- Also
Integration Talisma CRM front-end with MTNL's billing
and complaint management systems (CSMS & FRS)
was also a part of the project.
4. Carrier Level Audio and
Video Conferencing for BSNL, Ambala
- BSNL
Ambala, pioneered the first ever Deployment of Video
& Audio conferencing bridge services in Haryana
circle at a Service provider level for public at large.
- Complete
solution comprised of Video conferencing Bridges called
MCU from Polycom and Audio conferencing Bridge from
Vyont (a Polycom company).
- Both
the products proposed were the industry leaders in
performance ideally suited for carrier environment.
- Scope
of work involves supply of equipment, complete system
integration and application development.
- Spanco
built a complete Web based Billing and scheduling
applications as per the requirements of the carrier
with all the relevant public interfaces and complete
integration with BSNL's billing system.
- Tight
integration of the application with the product was
ensured by usingAPIs from equipment manufactures for
complete extension of all the feature sets.
